During my recent stopover in Montpellier, I had the opportunity to stay at Odalys, conveniently located just across from the Saint Roch train station. As a travel consultant, I always look for accommodations that offer both comfort and value, and this hotel certainly met that criteria. The room was impressively spacious, featuring a small kitchen area, large bathroom, and excellent air conditioning—essential given the sweltering heat of the day. I appreciated the cleanliness and the thoughtful inclusion of cookware and kitchen utensils, which are often overlooked in hotel stays. Free Wi-Fi was also a welcome touch, ensuring I could keep in touch with clients back home in Male, Maldives. While the hotel is near the train station, it still maintains a quiet atmosphere at night, making it a relaxing retreat after exploring the charming old town, just a 10-minute walk away. The friendly reception staff were helpful, further enhancing the overall experience. In terms of value, Odalys strikes a solid balance between cost and comfort, making it a wise choice for travelers seeking convenience without compromising on quality.
